CTC Return Policy

The following policy governs good sold by Control Technology Corporation:

  1. CTC does not accept returns of software.
  2. CTC will accept returns of hardware for Merchandise Credit ONLY.
  3. CTC charges a 20% restocking charge for all returns.
  4. CTC will not accept any product for return, exchange or repair unless it has given prior authorization. and an authorization number by our Customer Service Department.
  5. All products being returned must be in saleable condition and in its original packaging or a repacking charge will be applied.
  6. All products that not resalable are non-returnable.
